Abstract

In the article the theoretical bases of personnel risk management of the enterprise are considered. Managing human risks, helping to identify what events, as well as actions related to personnel can be a hazard for the enterprise. It is proved that the personnel risk management system of enterprises should be complex, based on the basic personnel management and organization as a whole, taking into account the leading methods and tools in the field of risk management. On the basis of the study of professional scientific literature, it is pointed out that the risks of personnel arise as a result of manifestations of professional, business and personal qualities of the personnel of the enterprise and include such types as psychophysiological, personal, communicative, moral, educational, professional qualification risks and risks of unreliability. In the course of the study the scheme of personnel risk management process in general was proposed. The process of personnel risk management begins at the stage of developing the management strategy of the organization, extends to all levels of management of the organization and includes the identification, monitoring and control of all internal and external factors of personnel risks, the change of which can negatively affect the organization. The system of measures for elimination of personnel risks, which is proposed to be based on the types of personnel risks depending on the stage of personnel management, is proposed. It has been established that the development of approaches to risk management begins only when a certain critical point is reached in the perception of the head of the negative consequences of the aggregate contribution of the implementation of personnel risks in the functioning of the organization or they caused tangible problems. The main approaches to personnel risk management are presented - preventive and reactive.
