FORMATION OF THE INNOVATION MANAGEMENT MECHANISM ACTIVITIES OF THE TOURISM INDUSTRY COMPANIES IN THE REGION

Abstract

The introduction of innovative technologies is reflected in the improvement of existing and introduction of new methods and forms of organization of production and labor, elements of the economic mechanism. For the production of the tourist product it is necessary to use a variety of resources and appropriate organization, i.e., properly and effectively combined living labor (human capital workers) with real elements of production (instruments, natural resources and objects of labor). The aim of the article is formation of mechanism of management innovative activity in the region, taking into account the characteristics of production and implementation of a multi-component tourism product. The control system of innovative activity of enterprises of the tourism industry in the region should include the following main elements: establishment of objectives and clarification of priorities; substantiation of directions of innovative activity; an evaluation of the effectiveness of existing innovative solutions; preparation of the program of innovative development of the company; adjust plans and monitor the execution of programme activities. In the article the mechanism of management of innovative activity of the companies of the tourism industry in the region based on comprehensive expert assessments of the impact of innovation on the development of the company. The economic component is that: first, the embodiment of the obtained results of innovative activity in practice of activity of the companies of the tourism industry is costly; second, these costs need justification; thirdly, to create a market of significant results may take certain economic conditions within the company; fourth, the important issue is to evaluate the economic efficiency of innovative activities, different projects, results and so on and their influence on the development of the region. The proposed article arrangement, a matrix approach to assessing efficiency, which allows for the decomposition of the effectiveness of the two evaluation areas (effectiveness, economic benefits) and three criterion-bases (legislation, industry market, the needs of tourists).
