CONCEPTUAL PRINCIPLES OF ORGANIZATIONAL AND ECONOMIC SUPPORT FOR SELF-DEVELOPMENT OF THE TERRITORY IN THE CONDITIONS OF DIGITALIZATION

Abstract

The article examines theoretical and applied aspects of organizational and economic support for self-development of the territory in the conditions of digitalization. It is substantiated that in the modern conditions of economic transformation and strengthening of digital transformation processes, the formation of an effective territorial development management system aimed at activating the internal potential of regions and increasing their socio-economic stability is of particular importance. It is determined that organizational and economic support for self-development of the territory is a complex management system that combines goals, principles, methods, tools and resources aimed at achieving balanced development of the territory. It is established that the effectiveness of self-development of the territory largely depends on the coordinated functioning of key areas of regional development, in particular production, financial, entrepreneurial, scientific and technical, educational and personnel, socio-demographic, infrastructure, environmental, information and communication, investment, management and security. Their interaction creates the prerequisites for the formation of a favorable environment for the development of the territory, increasing the competitiveness of regions and improving the quality of life of the population. A conceptual model of organizational and economic support for the self-development of the territory is proposed, which is based on the use of the potential of the regions represented by labor, investment, production, infrastructure and financial resources. It is substantiated that effective management of such potential requires the use of a system for monitoring the socio-economic development of the territory, the use of economic and mathematical modeling methods to predict changes in key indicators, as well as the implementation of strategic planning for the development of the territory. It is proven that budget equalization tools play an important role in ensuring balanced regional development. The implementation of the proposed approaches will contribute to increasing the efficiency of the use of regional potential, reducing territorial disparities and creating conditions for sustainable socio-economic development of the territory in the context of digitalization.
