TRANSFORMATION OF LEADERSHIP STRATEGIES IN CORPORATE MANAGEMENT IN THE CONTEXT OF THE DEVELOPMENT OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE AND DIGITAL TECHNOLOGIES
Abstract
The article examines the transformation of leadership strategies in corporate management under the development of artificial intelligence and digital technologies. The relevance of the topic is determined by the transition of organizations from traditional hierarchical management models to flexible, analytics-driven, and human-centered digital leadership models in which managerial decisions are increasingly supported by HRM systems, digital analytics, big data, and artificial intelligence. The purpose of the article is to substantiate the key directions of leadership strategy transformation in corporate management under the influence of AI and digital technologies and to develop a conceptual model of adaptive-hybrid leadership. The methodological basis includes systemic, comparative, structural-functional, and conceptual modeling approaches. The study shows that modern digital leadership is not limited to a manager’s technological competence but includes the ability to build digital culture, coordinate human-AI interaction, ensure algorithmic decision transparency, develop digital and ethical competencies, and sustain organizational resilience under turbulence. The article proposes an integrated model of adaptive-hybrid leadership transformation consisting of five interrelated components: diagnosis of digital maturity, development of leader competencies, selection of a digital leadership model, hybrid convergence of human and algorithmic management, and strategic resilience with ethical correction. It is concluded that effective leadership strategies in the AI era should be based not on replacing human leadership with algorithms but on the balanced integration of human judgment, emotional intelligence, digital analytics, and responsible artificial intelligence. Future research should focus on the empirical validation of the proposed model across organizations operating in different industries, the development of indicators for assessing digital leadership maturity, the evaluation of the impact of artificial intelligence on employees’ trust in managerial decisions, as well as a comparative assessment of the effectiveness of supportive, integrative, and transformational models of digital leadership in Ukrainian organizations.
