Abstract

У статті оцінено фінансову стійкість і стабільність зростання аграрного сектору України за 2021-2025 рр. на реальних (здефльованих до цін 2021 р.) даних у територіальному та секторальному розрізах. Емпіричну базу становлять агреговані фінансові показники 34 010 підприємств агросектору за 26 територіальними одиницями, трьома сферами діяльності та 34 видами КВЕД. Дефлювання змінює оцінку стану галузі: номінальне зростання виручки на 60,6 % майже повністю поглинуте інфляцією 62,7 %, тож реальний індекс становить лише 98,7, а прибутковість знизилася до 59-68 % довоєнного рівня. Розмежовано стійкість запасів (активи +1,7 %) і нестабільність реальних потоків (волатильність прибутку 90,7 в. п.). Виявлено різку територіальну поляризацію за ознакою воєнного фактору: зростають тилові західні області, тоді як прифронтові й окуповані втратили від третини до всієї виручки (розрив 7,5 раза). Секторальна трансформація - перехід від зернового сегмента до тваринництва та високомаржинальних культур. Нерівність трактується як структурна, а не кон’юнктурна, і потребує адресних інструментів підтримки громад.
