АНАЛІТИЧНЕ ЗАБЕЗПЕЧЕННЯ УПРАВЛІННЯ РЕЗУЛЬТАТИВНІСТЮ КОМЕРЦІЙНОЇ ДІЯЛЬНОСТІ В УМОВАХ ЦИФРОВОЇ ТРАНСФОРМАЦІЇ
Анотація
У статті обґрунтовано теоретико-методичні підходи до формування ефективного аналітичного забезпечення управління результативністю комерційної діяльності підприємств на основі використання сучасних цифрових інструментів. Методологія дослідження базується на застосуванні системного підходу, методів теоретичного узагальнення, структурно-функціонального, порівняльного та статистичного аналізу. Уточнено сутність аналітичного забезпечення управління результативністю як інтегрованої системи, що поєднує інформаційні, аналітичні та управлінські компоненти. Запропоновано структурну модель аналітичного забезпечення, яка включає інформаційну, методично-аналітичну, організаційно-управлінську, технологічну та результативно-орієнтовану складові. Систематизовано сучасні цифрові інструменти за функціональними групами. Обґрунтовано роль цифрових технологій, зокрема аналітики даних, штучного інтелекту у підвищенні якості управлінських рішень.
