РОЛЬ АГРАРНОГО СЕКТОРУ У ФОРМУВАННІ ІНСТИТУЦІЙНОЇ МОДЕЛІ РОЗВИТКУ УКРАЇНИ В УМОВАХ ПОВОЄННОЇ ВІДБУДОВИ ТА ЄВРОПЕЙСЬКОЇ ІНТЕГРАЦІЇ
Анотація
У статті досліджено роль аграрного сектору у формуванні інституційної моделі розвитку України в умовах повоєнної відбудови та європейської інтеграції. Актуальність теми зумовлена стратегічним значенням сільського господарства для економічної стійкості держави, відновлення сільських територій, продовольчої безпеки та адаптації до норм ЄС. Методологічну основу становлять інституційний, структурно-функціональний, порівняльний і аналітичний підходи. Обґрунтовано, що майбутня траєкторія розвитку аграрного сектору визначатиметься вибором між моделлю концентрації великотоварного виробництва та більш збалансованою моделлю, орієнтованою на підтримку сімейного фермерства, сільських громад і екологічної стійкості. Доведено, що саме аграрна сфера є одним із ключових полігонів інституційного проєктування повоєнної України.
