ОЦІНЮВАННЯ ФАКТОРІВ РАЦІОНАЛІЗАЦІЇ УПРАВЛІННЯ БІЗНЕС-ПРОЦЕСАМИ НА ОСНОВІ SMART-ТЕХНОЛОГІЙ
Анотація
У статті досліджено фактори, що визначають раціональність управління бізнес-процесами підприємств в умовах цифровізації економіки та впровадження SMART-технологій. Запропоновано підхід до їх ідентифікації та кількісного оцінювання на основі відкритих статистичних даних України та країн Європейського Союзу за 2021–2024 рр. Обґрунтовано використання системи індикаторів, що відображають рівень поширення цифрових технологій, інституційні умови та безпекові аспекти функціонування бізнесу. Проведено нормування показників та їх групування за функціональними блоками з подальшим розрахунком інтегрального індексу SMART-BPM. Встановлено взаємозв’язок між рівнем цифрової інтеграції, інтенсивністю використання аналітичних інструментів і результативністю діяльності підприємств. Отримані результати дозволяють оцінити динаміку цифрової зрілості та визначити напрями підвищення ефективності управління бізнес-процесами.
