ОБОРОННО-ПРОМИСЛОВІ КЛАСТЕРИ НА БАЗІ ІНДУСТРІАЛЬНИХ ПАРКІВ: МІЖНАРОДНИЙ ДОСВІД ДЛЯ УКРАЇНИ
Анотація
В умовах зростання безпекових викликів, трансформації європейської оборонної політики та післявоєнного відновлення України особливого значення набуває розвиток ефективних організаційних моделей функціонування оборонної індустрії. Одним із перспективних напрямів є формування оборонно-промислових кластерів на базі індустріальних парків, що забезпечують концентрацію виробничих потужностей, розвиток міжгалузевої кооперації, прискорення трансферу технологій та інтеграцію науки, публічного та приватного секторів. На основі порівняльного аналізу обґрунтовано доцільність використання моделі Aerospace Valley як найбільш релевантного прикладу для формування оборонно-промислових кластерів в Україні. Запропоновано авторський підхід до розгляду індустріального парку не лише як виробничої території, а як інституційної платформи формування оборонно-промислового кластера, що забезпечує координацію взаємодії між підприємствами, науковими установами, закладами вищої освіти, державними інституціями та міжнародними партнерами.
