ВПЛИВ ІНДУСТРІАЛЬНОГО КОНСТРУКТИВІЗМУ НА БІЗНЕС-ПРОЦЕСИ ТА ОРГАНІЗАЦІЙНІ СТРУКТУРИ ПІДПРИЄМСТВ У КОНТЕКСТІ INDUSTRY 4.0–5.0
Анотація
Дослідження присвячене аналізу бізнес-процесів і організаційних структур металургійних підприємств у контексті Industry 4.0–5.0 та індустріального конструктивізму. Розглянуто класифікацію бізнес-процесів за роллю, функціями, частотою, ступенем автоматизації та організаційним охопленням, а також їхню взаємодію на основі основних, допоміжних і управлінських процесів. Показано вплив індустріального конструктивізму на трансформацію процесів і структур, орієнтованих на колективне навчання, гнучкість, цифровізацію та інтеграцію соціальних і технологічних аспектів. Доведено, що конструктивістські підходи підвищують адаптивність, ефективність і конкурентоспроможність підприємств, забезпечуючи інтеграцію інновацій, мережеву взаємодію та стратегічну стійкість виробництва.
