УПРАВЛІННЯ ІННОВАЦІЙНИМИ ПРОЦЕСАМИ В МАЛОМУ ТА СЕРЕДНЬОМУ БІЗНЕСІ: РЕАЛІЇ ТА ТЕНДЕНЦІЇ
Анотація
Досліджено сучасні тенденції управління інноваційними процесами в малому та середньому бізнесі (МСБ). Обґрунтовано, що подолання технологічного розриву потребує впровадження гнучких (Agile) моделей менеджменту та принципів відкритих інновацій (Open Innovation). Виявлено ключові бар’єри інноваційної активності МСБ – фрагментарність управлінських підходів, фінансові обмеження та відсутність цілісної системи управління знаннями. Запропоновано механізми вдосконалення, зокрема модель гнучкого проєктного менеджменту та концепцію "інноваційного мінімуму" для оптимізації ресурсів. Визначено провідні тенденції розвитку МСБ: цифровізацію бізнес-процесів, ресурсоефективний менеджмент і формування інноваційної екосистеми, що підвищують конкуренто-спроможність і забезпечують сталий економічний розвиток.
