CURRENT PROBLEMS OF LABOR POTENTIAL MANAGEMENT OF AGRICULTURAL ENTERPRISES IN THE CONDITIONS OF DIGITAL CHALLENGES

Abstract

The article is devoted to the current problems of managing the labor potential of agrarian enterprises in the conditions of digital challenges. In the context of the rapid development of digital technologies, agricultural enterprises face a number of challenges, such as insufficient qualifications and skills of employees, the cost of implementing digital technologies, data security and the need for change management. The article highlights important aspects to consider in workforce management, including staff training and development, building the right infrastructure, data protection and effective change management. In addition, the article emphasizes the importance of sustainable development and cooperation with other actors of the industry. The conclusions of the article emphasize the relevance of labor potential management in the conditions of digital challenges and the need to adapt to the rapidly changing technological environment to ensure the sustainability and competitiveness of agricultural enterprises. The author singles out insufficient qualifications and skills of employees as one of the most important problems that complicates the implementation of digital technologies. To solve this problem, it is recommended to hold educational courses and trainings, as well as to cooperate with educational institutions to train personnel with the necessary skills. The second major issue is the cost of implementing digital technologies, as it can be significant. The author recommends that enterprises look for ways to finance the implementation of digital solutions, such as cooperation with investment funds or attracting state support. It was determined that training and development of employees is a necessary component of successful management of labor potential at agricultural enterprises. The organization of trainings, seminars and educational programs contributes to improving the professional skills of employees, as well as updating their knowledge about modern methods and technologies in agricultural production. The article also draws attention to the problem of data security, which is becoming increasingly important in the age of digital technologies. It is recommended to develop data security policies, ensure employees are trained in cyber security and use effective measures to protect confidential information. Attention is focused on the need for effective change management, as the implementation of digital technologies requires changes in organizational culture and processes.
